We are looking for a positive, outgoing individual to join our front of house team as our receptionist. The ideal candidate will have a range of availability and will have previous experience in an administrative roll. Shifts are varied.
- Reception duties such as answering phones, greeting and checking guests in and out.
- General office duties – filing, ordering supplies etc.
- Individual sales and reservations
- Basic accounts payable working alongside bookkeeper.
- Managing purchase order system.
- Inventory and maintenance of merchandise and retail sales.
- Keeping office tidy and clean.
- Typing document and basic office assistance to other team members.
- Any other reasonable request made by management.
- Providing great customer service.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
- Can-do/positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
